Is there a shipping charge?

Shipping charges will be charged separately.
Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport or Japan Post (Yu-Pack).

How can I pay?

We accept various credit cards and cash on delivery (COD).

If you place an order for cash on delivery and then refuse to receive the item, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs at a later date.

Is the delivery note enclosed?

In order to protect the environment and personal information, we do not enclose a delivery note. Please check the order details in the order confirmation email.

Can I cancel?

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations due to customer convenience after an order has been confirmed.

Please contact us via the inquiry form within 3 days of receiving the product. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to product defects after 3 days from receiving the product.
