This time, we'll introduce you to an easy and quick smoothie using Island Style Peanut Butter.

Smoothies are often made with fruits and vegetables, but this time I'll try adding peanut butter to my smoothie.
Island Style Peanut Butter is made from only natural ingredients, including peanuts, coconut oil and salt.

This time,
・200ml milk (150ml milk + 50ml yogurt)
・1 banana (frozen banana is also acceptable)
・1 tablespoon Island Style Peanut Butter (Smooth)
You can vary the amount a little to still make a delicious smoothie.
The smoothie has a well-balanced taste with the sweetness of bananas and the aroma of peanuts. You can also add some fruit or granola (if available) as a topping to add texture.
This time I used Island Style Peanut Butter Smooth, but you can also use Crunchy or Chocolate flavor.
